The interface of Winamp Pro is highly intuitive and therefore, any type of user is able to listen to his or her favorite songs without encountering any issues. Instead, you have to move a song to the playlist from the player screen, which is a bit annoying. You're not able to browse for a track to add from within the Playlist screen (which you can do with the default Android music player). Winamp is generally very easy to get around, but we found the playlist editor to be a bit clunky. For example, there's no EQ, skins, visualization, or SHOUTcast radio support. In fact, it feels pretty light on features when compared with the Windows version of the program.

This Android version of Winamp is still in beta phase, so it isn't the finished article yet.

Of course, another key feature of the app is that it allows you to quickly sync music from your the Winamp desktop client to your phone over WiFi. It also lets you view your playback history, and perform searches by artist, album or song. The main Winamp menu provides the ability to browse audio by artist, by album, by songs, or by playlist.
